There are 5 open positions (3 suited for a PhD / 2 for a Postdoc) withing the SPATIODIVERSITY project.
The objective of SPATIODIVERSITY is to understand the relative importance of processes and factors that govern the composition and dynamics of species-rich communities. The project relies on data sets of large mega-plots of tropical forests and forest simulation models. Important parts of the project are quantification of the highly complex spatial structures found in these forests and their comparison with the output of forest simulation models.
Contracts are for 3 years, successful applicants will be based in Leipzig, Germany.
Applications will be considered until the positions are filled.
